As we have been following the Google vs. Authors and Publishers saga, we thought we would keep you updated on the most recent ‘going-on’s’.

Apparently, with Google’s 125 million pay out, they have been granted the right to pull millions of out-of-print texts and place them online.  Google's co-founder Sergey Brin called the agreement "a real win-win for us all, the real victors are all the readers. The tremendous wealth of knowledge that lies within the books of the world will now be at their fingertips."
