Kimber Chin: Romance Is The Safest Genre
As we wait for the conference stories to drift in, I thought I'd share one of my own.
I was in Chicago on Monday, hanging out in a Barnes & Noble (that Randy Couture from UFC was there at the same time was simply a coincidence - I am not a stalker, I swear) when we heard the staff talking. A tornado is possibly heading our way.
There is an announcement "Attention Barnes & Noble shoppers. Due to inclement weather, could all guests move slowly and calmly to the romance section, away from the glass windows and doors."
Yes, you heard that correctly. The ROMANCE section.
Romance is truly the safest genre.

This Barnes had the largest Michelle Rowen section I have ever seen.
